This privacy policy applies to the Remindfully app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Fogarty Holdings LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a freemium service with an optional one-time in-app purchase. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Remindfully is a notification-management app that works on top of Apple Reminders. It does not replace Apple Reminders — it reads your existing reminders and presents them differently, through a once-daily digest notification, selective time-based and high-priority interrupt notifications, an optional lock-screen Live Activity card, and a read-only mirror list. It can mark a reminder complete, which writes that change back to Apple Reminders.
The Application is designed with privacy as its core principle. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:
The Application has no servers of its own. Your reminders and all related data remain on your device and within your own iCloud account. The Service Provider neither sees nor stores your reminders or any personal information.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Remindfully requests access to Apple Reminders (the Reminders permission) through Apple's EventKit framework. This is the only sensitive permission the Application uses, and it is used solely to:
Your reminder data is owned and synced by Apple Reminders through your own iCloud account. Apple Reminders handles all syncing across your devices via your iCloud account, to which the Service Provider has no access. Remindfully does not transmit, upload, collect, or store your reminder content anywhere off your device. Reminder data is read on-device, presented on-device, and — in the case of completions — written back to Apple Reminders on-device. It never reaches the Service Provider or any third party. If you deny or revoke the Reminders permission, the Application cannot display your reminders, and you can re-enable access at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Remindfully requests notification permission so it can deliver the once-daily digest and the selective time-based and high-priority interrupt notifications. These are standard iOS local notifications, scheduled and presented on your device. No notification content is transmitted off your device.
For Pro users, Remindfully can display an optional lock-screen Live Activity card summarizing your reminders. Live Activities are an on-device iOS feature presented on your own lock screen and Dynamic Island; they are not a form of data collection and involve no transmission of your data off your device.
Your Remindfully data is protected by the following measures:
Because all data is stored on your device and within your own iCloud account, the Service Provider has no ability to access, recover, or delete your reminders or any other Remindfully data. If you delete the Application, it no longer has access to your reminders; your reminders themselves remain in Apple Reminders.
Remindfully offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, Remindfully Pro ($4.99), which unlocks Pro features such as the lock-screen Live Activity card. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit.
The Application does not share any data with third parties. The only external service the Application communicates with is Apple's App Store, and only for the purpose of validating in-app purchases and entitlements as described above. Your reminders are stored and synced by Apple Reminders through your own iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not accessible to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may disclose information only as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process. However, as no user data is collected or stored by the Service Provider, there is no user data to disclose.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information from any user, including children.

The Application stores no user data of its own off your device, and the Service Provider does not retain any user data. Your reminders are retained by Apple Reminders under your control. To stop the Application from accessing your reminders, revoke the Reminders permission in the iOS Settings app or delete the Application from your device.
The Service Provider has designed the Application from the ground up with security as a core principle. All reminder data remains on your device and within your own iCloud account, and your trial and purchase state is stored locally in the iOS Keychain. The Application makes no outbound network connections beyond the standard StoreKit transactions handled by Apple.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
